Change line spacing in copy

It would be great if in the easy editor you could change the line spacing on a paragraph of text. We sometimes use 1.5 spacing on paragraphs of text. If this could be done in the Easy editor it would be great!

Merged in from another thread:

It would be great if you could manipulate the line height of the text within the email in the easy editor.

Just in case anyone does try a work around on line spacing / height before this finds its way into EasyEditor: make sure you test at least in both Outlook 2007 and in Hotmail, as they (currently) work quite differently.

Note - Outlook only recognises block-level line-height commands.

In other words, line-height will work in Outlook if you use a <p>, <div>, <td> tag etc, but it will ignore it altogether if you use a line-level tag such as <span>, <font> etc.

Lotus Notes 6.5 & 7 ignore line-height commands altogether.

Top tip - once you've created a box with the line spacing you want, drag it into "My Building Blocks" to use it again. Then whenever you need a text block, don't use the standard one, use the pre-formatted one from your "My Building Blocks" folder. It's a good workaround until dotMailer implement this feature.
