The dotmailer Zapier Zap is currently in an invite-only phase. This is a required step for all new Zaps. To add it to your Zapier account, grab the invite link

Summary

Zapier allows you to connect your dotmailer account to your other favourite apps and tools, such as Google Docs, Eventbrite, Trello and Evernote.

Why use Zapier?

Zapier allows you to automate manual tasks without all that tedious data entry. For example, let’s say you want to pull data from a dotmailer survey and place it into Google Calendar. Instead of entering all that data manually, Zapier will do the heavy lifting for you and automate it.

Connecting dotmailer to other apps will save you mountains of time so you can focus on more important things.

How to get going

The first step of setting up your dotmailer Zap is authenticating with your dotmailer account, which we explain in more detail in 'Authentication'.

Once your account has been authenticated, you are ready to get going and set up any range of triggers or actions using your new dotmailer Zap.

Although the dotmailer Zap is built via dotmailer, support of the Zapier platform is provided directly by Zapier. We highly recommend all new users of Zapier review Zapier's support documentation.

    Hi. Thanks for your question. There are no plans currently, although there's a request for one in our community forum here - https://support.dotmailer.com/hc/en-gb/community/posts/205650668-Event-Brite-Plug-in. Please add your support to it though so it's more likely to be considered, and let us know there what you'd ideally be looking to do with it.

    In the meantime, and as that thread points out, there is an Eventbrite integration (offered via Zapier) available in our App Directory which might be worth your while trying out - https://apps.dotmailer.com/eventbrite/.

    Hi,
    The only dotmailer trigger available via Zapier is,
    "New Survey Response -
    Triggers when a survey of your choice receives a new response".

    Are there any time frames regarding additional triggers?
    When a new contact is added for example.
