FAQ

I would like to style the dynamic content beyond what is provided by these options - is this possible?

Yes - but your developer will be required to create new template files and override our theme with them.

Please comment underneath with any further questions you may have.

Magento 2.0

The above also applies for Magento 2.0, with the only difference being that the 'Dynamic Content Styling' section can be found by going to Stores > Configuration > DOTMAILER > Configuration.

    Hi Neal,

    I'm trying to use the free text input box for Dynamic Styling to add some customised CSS so that I can style the "Take Me To My Basket" link within the abandoned basket dynamic content. e.g. if I add either of the following lines, nothing happens on the front end:

    product-url{text-transform: uppercase;}
    .product-url{text-transform: uppercase;}

    Please could you advise on how to use this feature and whether what I'm trying to achieve is possible? If I can see that the feature works, I'll also be adding other CSS to get the link to match our existing email style.

    Many thanks,

    James
