You can change the columns that get displayed in the listed view of your contacts.
You can also set the way in which your contacts are sorted, as well as set the number of contacts that get listed per page.
How to change the 'List contacts' display
To do this, select Contacts from the navigation bar to list your address books and then select an address book to list the contacts within it.
Click on the Display button to the far right.
The configuration panel appears.
From here, you can make use of the following:
- Sort by - click on this dropdown to change the order your contacts are displayed in (ascending or descending by created date, modified date, email address or last mailed date)
- Page size - click on this dropdown to change the number of contacts you see on a page
- Visible columns - use the checkboxes to select or deselect columns for visibility
- Folders - select or deselect 'Show folders' to show or hide the folder side panel
To change the visible columns, use the checkboxes to select or deselect as appropriate.
You can change the order the contacts are displayed in by using the Sort by dropdown.
You can also change the number of contacts you see on a page by using the Page size dropdown.
When ready, click on the Submit button and the listed view of your contacts will change accordingly.
You can similarly click on Display to change the view of your address books and segments lists.
