Using the 'Emails sent' report


This report shows how many emails in total were sent for this particular campaign, listing all of the recipients it was sent to.

Using the report

You can filter the list to exclude statuses of 'hard bounces', 'soft bounces' and/or 'unsubscribes' by ticking the available boxes running along the top of the list.

Note that any subsequently deleted contacts in the report will be denoted as 'Deleted contact' (apart from deleted suppressed contacts whose email addresses will need to be retained).


Clicking on Display will enable you to change the view of this report.

Clicking on Export will provide options to either export the contacts list into a CSV file or create a new address book with them.


To view the drill down detail on other reports, click on More reports... located next to the title of the report. This will provide a menu from which you can select the report type as shown below.


You can also filter the results displayed here by using our filter report function. The Filter button is located at the top right of the report (across from the More reports... button).

    It would be really useful when reviewing a campaign reports in list form (before selecting an individual campaign) to see the sends, opens, clicks for the specified time period.

    We often select a timescale, such as 'this month', but when viewing the stats for triggered emails for example, the data is complete data.

    It would be much better to be able to see something like 'Sends this Period'. so we could compare this month's sends to last months, or number of opens / clicks this week, then alter the time period to last week to compare performance of the same campaigns but over different periods of time.

    It sounds like you'll be able to achieve what you're after by using the 'Account reports' section of the app. Have you made use of it before?

    You can look at aggregated sends, opens and click statistics for a period of your choosing, whilst comparing against a previous time period to help you identify trends.

    The beauty of campaign tagging really comes to the fore here too, as you can filter your aggregated reporting by campaign tags - - enabling you to really focus on the type of campaigns you want to.
