When purchasing an initial domain through us, you will need to verify the purchase within 15 days, otherwise your domain will be suspended.
Following changes to ICANN's (Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers) Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), it is important that you, as the registrant, are aware of this legal requirement that we, the registrar, must adhere to. Verification can be completed via a link in an email that will be sent to you after the domain purchase from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Verification within a 15 days time frame will also apply if you request a change or update to the existing details we hold for you, such as forename, surname or email address.

The key facts:
- Failure to comply within 15 days will mean that your domain will be suspended. It is therefore extremely important to provide us with the correct details such as your full name and email address for which you would like the verification sent to.
- You will receive a reminder verification email on the 7th and 14th day if no action has been taken.
- You will only be sent the verification upon the purchase of the first initial domain.
- Any other domains purchased thereafter will not require verification, unless you ever request to amend details such as forename, surname or email address which we hold as your registered details as owner for the domain. If these details are amended, a verification email will be sent and you will need to click the link to confirm the updated information is valid.
