You can get help on particular features from within dotMailer by clicking the 'Help' link on the menu bar. This will load up our FAQ section covering all areas of dotMailer. You don't even have to leave the application!
If you prefer to print your documentation out, you can download our user guides - covering everything from getting started to our more advanced features - from the User Guides area on our site.
You can watch videos, covering key dotMailer features, on our animated user guides pages. You can also register to join one of our frequent webinars (and watch some of the previous ones) at www.dotmailer.co.uk/webinars.
You can ask questions to other users from within our 'Ask a Question' forum. Our support team is also active in here, offering their expert advice.
